Vitamin K for Under Eyes

Vitamin K is an amazing antioxidant with anti-inflammatory properties that’s really great for blood clotting and bruising.

Since it’s so good for bruising, a lot of people now use vitamin K for brightening their under eye bags, especially if they’re veiny, too.

Use can use vitamin K for dark spots, stretch marks, and wounds.

What’s really great about vitamin K as an active ingredient is that it doesn’t irritate the skin and can be used alongside other active skincare ingredients like retinol and vitamin C.

So if you’re wondering how to get rid of eye bags PERMANENTLY, then you need to start using vitamin K ASAP. I say that you can use use this ingredient to get rid of your eye bags for good because if you start incorporating vitamin K into your daily skincare routine, then your eye bags will disappear for as long as you use it.

I love this ingredient, and can’t believe more people don’t know about it.

Of all the things I have tried for my heavy, deep-set, and hereditary eye bags, vitamin K is the only thing that has made a big, visible difference to the appearance of my under eye circles. I started using eye creams over 10 years ago, and nothing really worked until I started using Vitamin K under my eyes.

You need vitamin K for your eye care routine!

How to Apply Vitamin K Under Your Eyes

This is my daily eye care routine using vitamin K:

  1. Apply a thick layer of vitamin K cream under my eyes and massage it into the under eye area, as well as over my lid and surrounding eye area.
  2. In the mornings I apply it after my moisturizer but before my sunscreen and SPF.
  3. In the evenings, I apply it after applying my retinol and before my moisturizer to seal everything in.

Skincare Hack: in the evenings, apply your eye cream – and your whole skincare routine – at least two hours before being to bed so that it can fully absorb into the skin and not smear off onto your pillow.
